About Fenstermacher Apartments

25 years ago I decided to buy my first home here in Kutztown. Shortly after, a friend came to me in need of an apartment. So while I lived in the front, I rented the back half of my apartment to my friend. After he moved out, I decided that I could try to turn this into a career. Today, Fenstermacher Apartments is 13 apartments strong (and still growing)!

We strive to preserve Kutztown by restoring our buildings while maintaining the history that comes with our properties. We hope by caring for our properties, we can not only take care of our community but help make Kutztown a home away from home for our tenants.
